Originally trained in the now rare skill set of Silver Service, I have a strong understanding of the height of detail and service discipline. Between my International performing contracts I enjoyed working as a Senior waiter for 3 Michelin Star Chef Marco Pierre White, the 6 star cruise lines of Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Crystal Cruises and I also enjoyed being a manager of four different restaurants in the South of England as well as ‘Mrs R!ot’ of Covent Garden. 

I have found that my knowledge of cuisine is seriously beneficial when planning and assisting  in the selection of bespoke menu options. My team never forsake the importance of customer service, creating a homely and warm atmosphere for you and your guests every step of the way. 

The dinner service is often a strong focus when it comes to planning and executing an event and I can safely say that your guests are in experienced and confident hands served by a team lead by me personally. With my meticulous in-field luxury hospitality experience, I will personally be ensuring the height of standards of all services on your special day. 

I pour huge passion into the visuals of my events, personally creating striking and enchanting environments. By combining my hands-on artistic skills, passion for unconventional style and foraged or up-cycled materials I create bespoke styling concepts and floral installations that elevate any wedding or event. I thoroughly enjoy pushing the boundaries of visual creativity to bring each client's unique vision to life in a sustainable and completely original style. 

The bottom photograph you see on the left is from a beach wedding in Sydney, Australia. The styling brief was 'Natural, organic and earthy yet elegant'. 

I had brainstormed many different concepts of a ceremony backdrop before I had an in-person site viewing of the beach where the ceremony would take place. When I visited the location for the first time I immediately clocked the abundance of naturally occurring drift wood that was present on the beach. The driftwood consisted of so many shapes, tones and textures and immediately all my previous brainstorms went out the window and I thought: "Eureka! This is it…."

I quickly sketched a visual for my clients of what I thought would frame them both perfectly while they said their ‘I do’s’. They trusted my vision and on the morning of the wedding, a 100% organic and natural backdrop was created from scratch from totally foraged material. Only 15 cable ties were used to bind this artwork together meaning only my time and a pack of cable ties were charged for. 

The driftwood archway was deconstructed in a matter of minutes and left exactly where it was found as if a wedding never even happened. Zero wastage. Zero pollution. Maximum impact. Maximum beauty. 

Having worked with and been inspired by some of the best costume designers in the world while living my professional dancers’ career, nothing gets my creative juices flowing more than producing costumes for the performers of my House. Each piece is a bespoke creation from my own hands for a specific client brief or H.O.T event.

See left an example of my costume creations. These are my ‘Four Seasons’ showgirls created  for a London garden party. The client asked for costumes of ‘naturally inspired beauty’ that boast colour and vibrancy. The costumes and performers were delivered within a one week period of the initial request. 

Having spent multiple years performing within the cabaret industry of Paris, Germany and America I learnt to respect costumes of particularly rare artistry and grandeur - Feathers.
